How long does it take to receive my wall art?
Our team of designers requires a minimum of 48 hours to personalize and prepare your artwork. Once customized, your order will be delivered within 7-12 business days for shipments within the US. For international orders, delivery times may vary. The estimated ground travel time is as follows:
- Florida: 5-6 business days
- US East Coast: 6-7 business days
- Central US: 7-9 business days
- US West Coast: 8-9 business days
Do you ship internationally?

Can I return a custom-made canvas?
Once your artwork is printed with your chosen pictures and words, it is tailored specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your Pix and Pop Art experience. Should you have any concerns or reasons for dissatisfaction, please contact us, and we’ll work towards a resolution.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged or if there's an issue with my order?
In the event of shipping damages or errors, please retain the packaging and its contents and promptly contact us with photos of the area of concern. Our Customer Service team will respond with a resolution within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, we offer discounts. To avail of these discounts, you may need to enter a promo code at checkout. Please visit our homepage to check for ongoing specials.
Why can't I immediately see my design?
Our designer artists handcraft photo insertions, ensuring each artwork’s uniqueness. Some photos may be cut for better rendering. Rest assured, your artwork is personalized just for you.
Can I add more words and photos?
Certainly! Adding additional elements requires extra effort from our team. Feel free to contact us to discuss options and pricing.
Where will the text be placed, and are there specific allocations?
Icons on the left of the main image indicate where pictures and words will be inserted. Trust our designers to allocate space effectively, enhancing the overall presentation.
Can I gift wall art, and will the price be included in the shipment?
The price will not be included in the shipment. To gift wall art, simply specify the recipient’s address during checkout.
What types of images can I use?
You can upload JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, or GIF images from your computer or import them from various platforms like Google Photos, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
