Return, Exchange, and Refund policy


For custom-made items, you can’t return them unless there’s a quality problem, or it arrives damaged. We are extremely careful to package your wall arts to protect them from moisture, and impact. However, things happens sometimes out of our control and just contact us with pictures and descriptions of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.


To start a return, just contact us. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send it back. But remember, we can’t accept returns unless you’ve contacted us first.


Damages and issues

Should you encounter any damages or issues upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect it promptly and notify us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been received. This allows us to promptly assess the matter and rectify it accordingly.
Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.



Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require additional time.


Should more than 15 business days elapse after the approval of your return without the refund being processed, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
